I want to assign area key wise administrator for each department .
We have 4 common department for every area key so I have to find out administrator by using FM so I have tried to enter zFM which is copy of Standard FM – FM_EA_DET_ID but system overwrite the entry and keeps only standard FM ( 
I have debugged and find out standard code overwrite "Value" column with standard FM so can not use function module for determining Admin as shown in first screen shot) .
Please help me in assigning different administrator to each department depend upon the area key .
Fo Example – If employee belongs to area key1 , his due clearance should not go to area key2 clearance department .
Note - We don’t have requirement of centralise clearance process .
