Quota Cycle is from Hire Date

Hello Experts,

I want to write PCR for carry forward of remaining leaves.

For this i need to find out the month which came in last period of Leave accrual cycle.

Please help for qriting PCR for finding the Quota Cycle when cycle exist from Hire date for every 12 months.'
