Need to download HR Payroll balances

Hi There,

As part of our ongoing Oracle implementation I need to create extract Current HR Payroll Balances into a flat file. Is there a standard SAP report that does this ? Otherwise I will need to write ABAP code. Can you please point into the table or logic on how to accomplish this?
