CAT2 - Collision with full-day entry

We are trying to add overtime (8002) on a Saturday(8-3) - our timesheet is setup to not expect time to be entered on weekend.

There was an entry on 8/3 charged to vacation for "0" hours.  I am unable to cancel the entry.  It was suggested that I go into PA30 IT2001 and delete the record; I did.  Didn't resolve the issue.  I still need to get the zero hour canceled on 8/3 so that we can get the OT recorded.

I did look into CATSDB and noticed the the Flag was set for All-Day absence on the "0" hours record.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue?
