Curious if anyone is using External Persons to track training history for employees not stored in the HR master record, then hiring said employee and requiring any training history to be visible on the new internal employee/personnel number? To my knowledge there is no way to tie an External Person object to an internal personnel number. Ideally any training that an External Person has attended should be visible if that person is now hired and represented by an internal personnel number. Anyone come across this scenario?
