Launch pad - transport and delete error

Hi all

I created a launchpad and I am unable to delete the entries. I created one with ' Name space' and the other without namespace. Both give error, when I try to choose 'Transport ' or 'delete' option.

I looked for the notes 0001767313, but couldnt find the report ' 'APB_LPD_CORR_INCONSISTENCIES' in the system.
