How to refund Privilege leaves to employye leave account?

Dear Friends,

One of my client deducted 10 days of privilege leave for one of his employee account, later they converted that leaves in to medical leave, But there is a deduction in privilege account it is effecting his privilege leave encashment. kindly let me know how to refund this 10 days leaves to his privilege leave account?
