Hello,
I have maintained A.B.C qualification in Q-catalog, In current practice either B or C will work. Therefore, I have configured B & C as an alternative Qualification.
However, If I maintained B Qualification on position and C Qualification on employee, while doing profile matchup , Its reflect does not exist.
How to maintain alternative Qualification in system, Please give your input for same....
