Loop problem when use PBA7

Hi I'm new in SAP HR Please help me solve this problem
I set one applicant to be hire and use PBA7 to transfer applicant data from recruit to PA for hiring
IT filled by applicant data correctly and I fill addition data in IT Screen such as mobile number etc.
when I Complete all IT screen and save
it loop to first IT (Personal data) with filled data  but show Record saved like this

and when I click Save again it will go to next IT screen with blank data filled
when I click Exit or Cancel it will go to result screen and show error in import
but when I use PA30 I found that Personal No. have correct data like this

I try both hiring action 01 and 60 and found same thing
