Unemployment tax is not deducting for tax area

Hi Experts,

We have applied SUI rates for all states in USA in BSI and in SAP.But while running payroll in USTAX calculation tax rates are becoming zero for tax type 10 and 13.

Configurations are perfectly fine but still we are not unable to trace out below error.
