Dear Gurus,
I am in a bit of a fix here, we implemented CATS with the standard configurations, we need a single level of workflow which is recommended by SAP as well, but now the problem is that instead of the direct reporting person client wants us to configure the work flow considering two things
1. Attendance type
2. Position ID
The reason being there are two types of attendance types:
1- Attendance type related to emergency response team and those attendance types are approved by the Fire Chief who might not be the direct supervisor of the employee putting in the attendance
2- Normal Attendance types which are to be approved by the managers and again not the direct reporting manager.
As far as I have searched through I couldn't find a way to trigger the workflow on the basis of the position.
I would appreciate if anyone can provide me with the input on this, as the requirement is pretty urgent.
