I have a peculiar problem with quota generation through time evaluation , I am generating an absence quota type called Leave in Lieu, where whenever day off's come and public holiday falls on same day. i have to give one day quota to in 2006, i have written PCR for this
Client runs time evaluation from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.2014 , and quota gets transferred at calendar year which is 31.12.2014, Work center/Basic pay radio button is checked. No prorata has been chosen.
Accrual period = Calendar year
Base period = Calendar year , customized time type has been provided in Day balance field.
No pro rata calculation, No Multiplication, fields are chosen
Employee got a new data on IT0008 on 01.04.2014 to 31.12.9999,
Issue is when we run time evaluation from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.2014,WPBP, splits in to two parts , 01.01.2014 to 31.03.2014 and 01.04.2014 to 31.12.2014, hence automatically proration happens and values are coming wrong. totally 3 days( 2nd feb,7thjune,25th october) should be there in Leave in Lieu Quota, but on 31.03.2014, quota function generates 0.026 and from 01.04.2014 to 31.12.2014 it gives value 2.16, so finally entitlements are 2, instead of 3,
How to overcome this issue?? any idea?
