Employees moving countries in same company

We have a scenario where employees moves form one country to another in SAP.

Is there anyway we can use the same employee number to manage this.

We don't want to terminate the employee in country A, and then have to hire same employee in country B under a different employee number.

We don't run payroll in SAP so there are no payroll jurisdictions issues to worry about.
