Feature UTREL

Hi,

I am trying to not force paper spool creation for employees who have elected to go online W2. I removed the FORCEPAPER option from feature UTREL but it didn't help. But, when I run the tax reporter, it is still continuing to create paper form spool. I thought of delimiting the validity date of the paper PDF form but it would stop printing paper for those employees who has elected for paper W2.

Any advise or thoughts on this?
