PCR is not working in Retrospective

Hi Experts,

We have one Wage type 1234 created in IT0014 and input would be percentage.Those percentage should calculate on /111. For this I have created one below PCR.

>P23 Personnel Calculation Rule  >P23

    *

      ****

        ADDWT *    OT Output table

    3

      ****

        WGTYP?     Query wage type

          ****

            ADDWT *    OT Output table

          1234

            AMT=  /111 Set

            AMT*1000   Multiplication

            NUM=  1234 Set

            MULTI ANA  Multipl.amt/no/rate

            AMT/100000 Division

            ADDWT *    OT Output table

It is working fine when payment are processed in period without retro. However it is not working fine when there is a retrospective changes which are impacting on /111.

Issue and Need help: EE June’14 month payroll has been processed and basic pay were 1000 in June’14. For WT 9195 we have entered percentage as 10%, hence the value was £100.

In July’14 the EE salary has been increased to £1500 effective 16.06.2014.EE salary is pensionable pay, hence /111 increased to 1500. Based on changes the EE pensionable pay for June in July ’14 (in retro Run) splitting into two parts. From 1st June -15th£500 and 750 from 16-30th of June, total £1250 pensionable pay for June’14 in July’14 payroll. Hence WT 1234 value should increase to £100 to £125 which 10% of £1250 as retro.

However in RT table for June’14 in July’14 payroll I can able to see only £75 for WT 1234 rather than £125. This is due to split in EE’s basic pay as well as split in /111 pensionable pay. WT 9195 value for July’14 is correct with an amount of £150.

I have added my PCR in schema GAL0 -partial factoring with using PIT  >P23  GEN and storage under ACTIO G023.

  What action do I need to take to calculate WT 1234 percentage on actual pensionable pay either it can be retro or without retro, request you to please help me on this

Regards,

Reddy
