Amount in IT0014 showing as Negative in payslip

Hello Experts,

I need your help in solving this issue.

I have maintained a wage type in IT0014 with a amount i.e. INR 1000. This wage type belongs to deduction. I have also maintained T511 and T512Z tables correctly. When I run payroll I'm getting this wage type with negative amount i.e. 1000-....  Also my /110 wage type showing the same negative value. Let me know where I am going wrong. Also in cumulation ID in IN02 I have maintained this wage type with + symbol in MS option.
