How to print letters for specific actions in PA?

Dear Experts,

I have custom developed smartform reports/letters for PA Actions which are tagged with specific tcodes. Thus I am able to get and print Corresponding Letter.

But, I want to generate & print these Letters after completion of a specific PA Action (ex. Promotion, Transfer). Could you please tell me, How I can get this thing done? Or how I can collaborate the specific smartforms/letters with specific actions?

Please Note: I don't have Adobe Forms in my system to configure IT0906. I also tried IT0502  and IT0128. But I failed.
