Hi Experts,
We have encountered an issue with Time Account Overview application ESS which is showing incorrect (negative) quota balance.
We have 2 Quotas 1) Annual Leave Quota 2) Carry Over Quota
if Carry Over Quota gets fully utilized then deduction happens from Annual Leave Quota.
Scenario:
User has following Quota remaining-
Annual Leaves= 25
Carry Over= 4
Now user has requested for 12 days of leave in current year and in IT2006 deductions happened correctly as- first 4 leaves deducted from Carry Over Quota and next 8 leaves has been deducted from Annual Leave Quota and now the remaining Quota balances in IT2006 are as follows-
Annual Leave Quota= 17 (25-8)
Carry Over= 0 (4-4)
Which is correct.
Issue-
Everything looks Okay in IT2006 and leaves are also properly posted in IT2001 also PT_QTA10 is showing correct results.
But on ESS it shows incorrect balances in Time Account Overview under Leave Overview application.
It shows negative deduction for Carry Over Quota -
Annual Leave Quota= 21 Days
Carry Over= 4.00- Days ('Minus' sign)
Which is incorrect.
I found simillar issue in below given thread which says this was due to Master Data but has not further details.
Leave balance inconsistent in ESS Portal
This is happening only on ESS screen.
Please suggest.
