We are trying to set up the authoring environment in Development system and facing issues while connecting to master repository.
Below are the version of backend LSO and authoring environment:

For CMS purpose, Folder has been created in portal KM with WEBDav protocol and basic authentication as well. The access has been set to Everyone and full control. WEBDAV Server checkbox is also enabled.
The relevant URL has been also defined in the SPRO config in learning portal, authoring environment and content management inside SAP LSO.
The user with which we login to AE has the same password as portal.
In the repository explorer when we try to connect to the master repository we are getting an error which says there is no connection to the master repository.
Error log: hostname is encrypted for security reasons
