Payroll YE RCON report:
The RCON Audit report shows errors on the YTD Audit Error List for employees on boxes for which the
total amount is a positive value. It lists the employees with a negative
value cumulated in the box, even if the total amount is a positive value. This should not
be reported as an error. It is not an error. All employees with
negative values cumulated in a T4 box with a total positive amount are
reported in error in the YTD Audit error list.
Example in box F85:
YTD Audit Error list: shows employee in error with -41.73 entry
F85 Employee-paid premiums for private health services plans
3006 0.00 41.73- 0.00 0.00 41.73-
We can see the total in box F85 is a positive 3.99 in
YTD Audit view per EE, wage type and payday
F85 Employee-paid premiums for private health services plans
3002 0.00 3.99 0.00 0.00 3.99
3006 0.00 41.73- 0.00 0.00 41.73-
9F85 0.00 41.73 0.00 0.00 41.73
Total: 0.00 3.99 0.00 0.00 3.99
All employees with a negative value cumulated are displayed in error in the YTD Audit Error List.
Is this the normal process? How can we get rid of these false errors?
