E-recruitment issue

Hi All,

I have basic doubt in relationship in E-recruitment.

I would like to find positions to particular requistion.

I have do in two ways

1. SE16 --> HRP1001 --> NB where i could see NE and position.

2. I have taken all  NE'S and NE to NA --> CP --> position.

But positions are not matching in both ways. Could you please advice.
