EEO REPORT ERROR

Hi,

I ran the eeo-1 report for 2013 with tthe checkbox checked -made changes to table and ran 2014 report- the error i get is record could not be found .t5ueeo dy45001 2013 00

Please let me know the solution to get rid of this error
