Hello experts,
We are implementing Nakisa Succession Planning 4.0 and I have some questions
1) What is the thought behind Targets and Activities Catalogue? I found in my research that via the Manager and HR hub you can create new Targets/Activites but it's not clear to me what they are used for? Talent Management doesn't have targets/activites so it seems like something you maintain directly in Nakisa.
2) Looking at the Nakisa Succession planning demo, the Activity catalogue looks like something that would come from LSO. Is LSO integrated with Nakisa? Can you pull the LSO catalogue into the Activities catalogue or are they maintained seperately?
3) The line between maintaining what is in Succession Planning Talent Management vs Nakisa Succesion Planning is blurred. I know that in Talent Mgmt you can assign successors, key positions, etc. I thought that Nakisa was only projecting what you do in Talent however it also appears that in Nakisa Succession planning you can also set employees has Successors, assign people to job families etc. It seems as if there is a lot of overlap.
Any clarification would be most helpful
Thank you
Sara
