We implement 2 solution, which looks like not really friendly work with each other .
We have to capture customer information at CATS and transfer it to CO. We activate Service attribute solution and implement CI_PRS_CPILS_1 and CI_PRS_CPILS_2 includes in all relevant tables. Solution work fine, if time booked on Cost Center or WBS element. As soon as we book it on Maintanance or customer order it is not working.
It seems that SAP standard in case on Maintanance/Coustomer order to post it by confirmation order. It is why on approval time got stored in CATSPM tabel. Service attribute solution provided by SAP, provide includes for services attribute fields only via CATSCO. So includes we use, just doesn't exist in CATSPM table.
Right now only was we found to force post time to CO without confrimation order (it was confirmed by business, that they doesn't need confirmation) is by posting time in combination with Wage Type.
Does anyone have any expirience with it? Is it only one solution to force system store time after aproval in CATSCO instead of CATSPM table?
If yes, that would be best way to configure WT? We don't have integration to payroll and we are nto using CATS for Att/non-att, however we consider option in future to transfer this time to payroll system for time evalution.
