The requirement - 10 days Base Entitlement (working correctly) / validity calendar year working correctly) / New hires to accrue 10 day on TSD - no proration (working correctly) Quota to accrue on 01.01.xxxx every year in advance (i.e. not after 1 years service).
I used a rule (complements of Vivek Barnwal) which worked perfectly for my requirement. After about 2 weeks of testing the quota started to accrue on 01.01.2014 and then again on 01.03.2014 and on 01.03.xxxx every year thereafter.
Below is the PCR and the processing on 01.01.2014 and 01.03.xxxx - please can you assist me with this I have spent so much time investigating. This happens with EE's who are already hired (01.03.xxxx) and with new hires the quota generates on their hire date and then on 01.03.xxxx going forward
The validity dates are correct and the correct entitlement is generated / I have check my payroll period generation, IT41 etc.
