Rehire action configuration

Hi Experts,

I Created hiring Action and Hired an EE

Date:01.01.2013 [Infotype maintained are 0000,0001,0002,0007,0008,0014]

Also configured Termination Action  Date 20.09.2014,

InPA40 : Selected Termination action >>[Changed start date:20.09.2014 ,  IT0000 : selected Action type & reason for action & Saved]

Mentioned below details is displayed in additional action IT0000

Start Date                20.09.2014

Act.                           A3

Action Type               Termination

ActR                         2

Reason For Action     Health Problem

Please guide me what will be the configuration steps for Rehire action and if any specific features needs to be maintained?
