Generation of Letters without integration with recruitment

Dear All,

In my current implementation client, I'm implementing OM,PA,TM and Payroll.

As per client's requirement I've to generate Appointment, confirmation, transfer and Promotion letter from SAP. But I'm not implementing Recruitment sub module. So please guide me how to proceed for this kind of requirement. How can i use standard text created in SO10 with my Personnel actions(Hiring, confirmation, promotion and transfer)?
