Income Tax not getting Deducted

Dear Expert,

I have completed steps of following notes as :-

Note 1829618 for Union Budget changes in 2013 with manual steps.

SAP Note 1853581

SAP note : 1844277

but still net pay calculation is coming wrong .

Please suggest is there further steps are still missing.
