absences are exceeding quotas instead of restricting the absence limit.

Hi All,

If medical leave balance is 5 days in a year and if i am applying for 20 days medcial leave (absence type) the record is saved instead of throwing error message. i.e. "qutoas used" is shown as 20 days whereas the limit for medical leave is only 5 days. Pls. help me in fixing the issue.
