Unapproved Overtime from Time Eval. to MSS/ESS for approval

Hello Experts,

I am generating Unapproved Overtime in Time Evaluation TM00.Now i want this Unapproved Overtime hours to be approved from Manager and then it should get update in Infotypes either as Overtime for Payment or Time in Lieu absence quotas.

I am thinking of sending this Unapproved  Overtime as Day balance and send to CATSDB table for approval process.

In CATS this records can be approved by Manager and further updates in Infotypes which can be valuated further in TIme eval. next time to consider it for payments.

I need your suggestion on this how to handle this design.Is there any better method we can use to handle the manual approval process.
