I am Configuring the ECM module to have the Annual Increment and Bonus.
There is no integration of Appraisal ratings with ECM.
I Have configured the following.
Activated ECM as first step.
In Budgeting Configured the Reference currency, Defined Budget types, Defined Budget periods,set budget control parameters.
In Compensation Administration defined Compensation areas ,Activation of Compensation area feature,set Comp. administration control parameters.
Under Compensation plans and reviews defined Compensation plans, compensation reviews,Compensation review items,Assigned comp. review items attributes.
Under Eligibility defined Eligibility rule varinats,Eligibility groupings, Activated comp. eligibility grouping feature,defined appraisal rules and Eligibility rules.
Under Guidelines defined Guideline variant,Guideline groups, activated feature CGDGP.
Under Plan attributes assigned comp. plan attributes, assigned comp. plan payroll data.
Under Compensation progrmas, defined first compensation program groupings,activated feature,defined 2 nd compensation program groupings,activated feature,defined Compensation program also.
I have configured above steps in the system.
Now I am in confusion the proceed to use this module.
Please let me know the way to proceed.
