ESI Contribution

Hello,

There is a requirement to contribute ESI contribution on performance incentive, but performance incentive will exclude from ESI basis for the calculation of ESI eligibility.

For example, Gross salary (Bas+HR+etc)= 14,000 & Performance incentive is Rs. 4000, so requirement is ESI will be calculated on Rs. 18,000/- but for calculation of ESI eligibility, system will read only Rs. 14000/-

Please advice.
