Default Position for Active Status

Dear All,

I want to set up a default position 99999999 when i run an action in PA40 with employee statuts is ACTIVE.

Also i need to retain the Org unit and Job attributes in IT0001.

I have set up but OM attributes is resetting to zero values once default is used with active status.

I was able to  set up default position 99999999 and OM attributes in IT0001 with withdrawn status .
