MSS Home page not displayed

Dear Friends,

I am working on EHP3 environment, NWBC 3.5. When I click on MSS link shows me the following error.

Web Dynpro application IBO_WDA_INBOX does not exist  The said web dynpro application even does not exist in ECC.

So, which is valid web dynpro application for EHP3 environment for MSS home page and where I can set this web dynpro application to call as initial page by replacing non existed one.

Please help.
