Hi All,
We are using pgm- RPCIPE00 (Tcode- PC00_M99_CIPE) to post payroll results to accounting.
Problem: Selection screen of report- RPCIPE00 has posting date with 3 choices (radio buttons)
1. Acc. to Period Definition
2. Acc. to Payment Date
3. Manually
There is a difference in results (in PCP0), If i am running the pgm. with "Period Definition" (1st option) and Manually (3rd option).
Some of the wage types are getting clubbed together in Manually.
Upon debugging, if we select "Manually" then SAP uses the date (which was given in selection screen) as Posting date and Date from for-period for internal calculations (COLLECT).
If we select "Period Definition", then it is taking date based on Period date (given in selection screen) and For period date.
Could you help, is this standard SAP behaviour? (not able to find suitable note and proper documentation for RPCIPE00) and let me know the difference in selecting above 2 radio buttons. Thank you
