How to change the header of Travel and Expense in ESS

Our HR wants to change "Time and Absence" to be "Vacation Entitlement" in ESS.

I know that text of area, subarea, and service can be changed through SPRO.  However, after the text change, the header still shows old text.  For example, I changed the text of area from "Time and Absence" to be "Vacation Entitlement".  After I click the "Vacation Entitlement" link, the new page still shows header as "Time and Absence".

Any advice?
