Table for Work Schedule rule Periods

HI Sapients,

I have 2 Quries here.

1.As we have table t549q to check the payroll periods, what is the table for Work Schedule Rule periods?

2. What is the link between IT1005 (Planned Compensation) & IT0008 (Basic Pay)?

I understand that, if i have maintained Payscale Structure in IT1005, that will get defaulted in IT008.But when i enter the amount which are out of range, which is maintained in IT1005,  IT 08 it is allowing. Where in it should not, as per my understanding.

Pls help!!!
